oh, wawawa: Japan Day 1 (Landing!)

GOOD GOD I TYPED DAY 1 IN GREAT DETAIL UP AND GOOGLE AND I MESSED UP UGH DUAL ACCOUNTS ANYWAY-

Pre-Japan!

So my cousin sent me to the airport hotel I was staying at- the Hacienda Hotel. The outside was pretty cool (and by cool I mean really cheap and mexican themed haha) but oh god my room...was really ghetto LOL. Anywho~ I went to bed early, and woke up at 3am to the sounds of the people next door having sex on the other side of the wall. GOOD TIMES. I changed and was ready to leave (my flight was at 7:20 am) and...I FELL BACK ASLEEP. I woke up at 6:30 (50 minutes before takeoff oh god), ran downstairs, waited around for the airport shuttle, and got to check in at 6:50...The guy was like THE GATE CLOSED 30 MINUTES AGO and I was like OH GOD PLEASE LET ME IN and he was like OK so we ran through security and got to my gate at 7:10 and was the last to board haha...

Then....that flight was actually delayed and the time space between that flight and my transfer flight to Calgary was only an hour...so when I got to Calgary (which is beautiful btw) I had half an hour from takeoff...which is usually when people board the plane LOL. I had to wait 15 minutes to get my luggage and I raaaaaaan like crazy again to my gate (pulling my two suitcases haha). I was the last one on the plane. AGAIN. orz BUT THE BEAUTY OF BUSINESS CLASS ERASED MY WORRIES.

IT WAS SO BIG THAT I COULDN'T TAKE A PHOTO OF THE WHOLE THING (more like lens is bad for wide angle)

I waited in the airport for like 3 hours because they all had later flights. I SAW DANNY CHOO in the airport! He was wearing all black and had his little stormtrooper helmet on his suitcase. IT WAS PRETTY COOL MANG

THEN THEY FINALLY CAME. We took the airport limobus to a hotel, and from there we taxied to Jeanine's aunt's house in Shibuya : D

it took a little while for Jeanine's aunt to get down, so we stood in the lobby like silly children. BUT THEN SHE CAME AND WE WENT TO GO EAT DINNER. IT WAS DELICIOUS.
