"This is a very belated message, but you guys are winners of Otaku USA's cosplay contest at Anime Expo this year. Congratulations! We meant to have it announced in the magazine, but we were late getting that issue off to press and someone literally forgot to put it in. By the time I found out and reminded them, the magazine was already being printed and it was too late! As it is, you can still see the feature on Anime Expo in the October issue of the magazine (it has a Naruto cover, again) but it has no victory anouncements."
