DAY 4!!! Hong Qiao Pearl market, Summer Palace, University, CANTO restaurant LA DU ZI, and Train~!
Since everyone wanted to go back shopping, we went to the Hong Qiao Pearl market...where I had to borrow 600 yuan because I...spent all my money?! (it was actually all just in some other pocket). Got a GOOD tokidoki bag (real zipper!), 2 wallets, 3 belts- tranformers, bling hello kitty, and BATMAN! The same bag as Jeanine, a tokidoki for Angela, and other stuff...I SPENT SO MUCH MONEY G:LKSDJFSDF Wanted to shoot myself by the end, but whateverrrr

Went to the lovely Summer Palace...in winter. The lake was frozen and there weren't that many tourists, which was nice. There WERE these weird Russian tourists that kept on poking David and my back when we were walking though...

So instead of going to the actually beautiful areas in the summer palace, we went to...only 3 places, one of which was this weird student-art gallery...Stupid tour guide David wanted us to buy stuff, but none of us did and we just stood around outside throwing snowballs XD Jeanine and Ozzie BROKE DOWN (pushed open) a door to see what was beyond it....OTL

Ahh...As we were walking, we were saying " NI HAO" to everyone we saw...NO ONE RESPONDED, except for this douchey korean-american dude, who was like, "I can speak English" and gave us a really dirty look. GOD IT INFURIATES ME STILL, EVEN NOW.

We (Yaron, David, and I) lost the rest of the group, so we went to a convenience store on campus to buy food~ Got...milk flavored ice cream, and tang hu lu (sugared haws?)

GOD SUCH A FUNNY STORY BEHIND THIS. So we (David, Yaron, Jeanine, and I) all laughed at the "english partner" part, because we all said "IN BED, FOR HAPPY FUN TIME. HAPPY ENDING" and David was actually writing it on the sign...THEN, we hear an "excuse me~" and we look up, to see a girl...with MORE OF THE SIGNS. IT WAS THE GIRL WHO MADE THE SIGN AHAHAHHAHAHAHALKSDFJASD So we got up REALLY QUICKLY and speedwalked away. My face was like XDDDD and I was totally laughing, but David was like OHSHITOSHITOSHIT S:DLFKSJDF
fun times.
We then went to dinner, but NONE of u were hungry because we had jUST had lunch ( a really cheap lunch huuu)
BUT GOD IT WAS SUCH A NICE RESTAURANT. The bathrooms were BEAUTIFUL.

Homg. That dish. We all thought it looked like LA DU ZI (diarrhea) and thus LA DU ZI became our WORD for the rest of the China trip ahahhahah~ LA DU ZI LA DU ZIIIIIII
I ate SO MUCH of that stuff, SO DELICIOUSSSS (some kind of AMAZING CURRY)
...made throwing up faces, because we thought squatting over it would be going too far LOL

I went to scare lao shi with those...she jumped quite high and I also jumped and I almost hit down a painting behind me OTL
So we boarded the train; SO CROWDED, and got my fabric and a BUTTLOAD of fruit 0_0
Most people were playing cards, and alot of weird chinese onlookers came over to look =___=
